Attention! Gift cards and electronic certificates cannot be exchanged.
Deposit card usage rules
- When registering, you must provide the number of the deposit card. When visiting the salon before the start of the ritual, the deposit card is presented to the administrator as payment for spa services.
- The deposit card is the property of the issuer, cannot be returned and exchanged for cash and (or) any goods sold in the spa. Deposit card change is not issued. If lost, the deposit card is not restored!
- The deposit card allows servicing on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- After the expiration date, the deposit card card not valid.
- Spa services are available by appointment only. In the absence of an agreement with the administrator and a delay to the beginning of the ritual by more than 15 minutes, the duration of the ritual can be reduced.
- If the deposit card is not used before the expiration date, the deposit card <2>is canceled</2 >. No refunds will be made on an expired deposit card.
- The deposit card is strictly individual (except for the “2 Pearls” deposit card). The use of a deposit card by the Buyer/Holder means his acceptance of these terms and conditions for the use of a deposit card.
Gift Card Terms
At the time of registration, you must provide the number of the gift card. When visiting the salon before the start of the ritual, the card is presented to the administrator as payment for spa services.
- The Gift Card is the property of the issuer and cannot be returned or exchanged. If lost, the Gift Card cannot be restored.
- Gift Card Validity: within 6 months.You can use the card any day and at any time (by agreeing the appointment with the administrator by phone in advance).
- After the expiration date, the Gift Card is invalid.
- If more than 15 minutes late to the beginning of the ritual, the duration of the ritual may be reduced.
- If the Gift Card is not used before the expiration date, the Gift Card is considered inactivated.Refunds on an inactivated Gift Card are not is made.
- The Gift Card is not personalized and can be used both by the Buyer (the person who purchased the Gift Card) and transferred for use by third parties - the Holders. Holder of the present x conditions of use of the Gift Card. The use of the Gift Card by the Buyer/Holder signifies his acceptance of these terms and conditions for the use of the Gift Card.
