DELIVERY

Information about the delivery of gift cards and certificates. We can deliver your purchase anywhere in Minsk.

Delivery price:

• when ordering for up to 300 BYN - the cost of delivery is 10 BYN within the MRR
• when ordering for the amount of 300 BYN or more - delivery within the MRR is free

Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday. However, each order is considered on an individual basis.

Terms of delivery and receipt of orders:

• Delivery is carried out only for goods included in the order. Transportation of several goods in order to select one of them at the place of delivery is not performed
• Delivery to the specified address obliges the buyer to be in place at the time agreed on the day before.
• It is not the responsibility of the couriers to advise on visiting spa programs and rituals. If necessary, information about services can be obtained on the website or in the call center
• Claims for the assembly of the ritual or service on the gift card after the departure of the courier will not be accepted. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you check the gift card upon arrival of the courier.
